Welcome to Fitness Collab, your partner in achieving lasting body transformation and weight loss. Our onboarding process is designed to ensure that we are the right fit for your fitness goals and that you are set up for success from the start.


Step 1: Complete Your Onboarding Screening Forms


To begin, you’ll need to complete our onboarding screening forms. These forms help us confirm that you are medically well, apparently healthy, and capable of undertaking a custom meal plan and exercise program. You will also be required to confirm that you understand the terms and conditions of your registration with Fitness Collab.


Step 2: Book Your Initial Consultation


Once your forms are completed, you can book your initial consultation with one of our expert coaches. You can schedule this via your preferred method of communication, whether that’s email, SMS, or phone.


Step 3: Initial Consultation – Determine If We’re the Right Fit


During your consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know you and determine whether Fitness Collab is the right program for you. We believe in a no-pressure approach, giving you time to make a decision that’s best for you.

We’ll discuss realistic goals and set expectations for your journey, helping you understand the program length and structure that best fits your needs.


Step 4: Quality Support with a Limited Member Capacity


At Fitness Collab, we onboard a limited number of members at any given time. This allows our coaches to dedicate quality time and personalized support to each member, ensuring that you’re set up for success and supported every step of the way. This approach will be fully explained during your initial consultation.

The first 1 to 2 weeks of the program (often during any wait period) are crucial for gathering the necessary information that will allow us to create the optimal meal plan and exercise program for you.


What You’ll Be Required to Track in the First 1-2 Weeks:


To ensure your online body transformation is effective, we’ll ask you to keep a detailed and honest record of the following:

  1. Eating Habits:
     
    • Track what you eat, how much you eat, and at what times.
       
    • Note when you feel hungry or less hungry, as well as any cravings or triggers that often derail your progress.
       
    • This information helps us create a custom meal plan that fits your habits and addresses your specific needs. There’s no judgment here—just a focus on getting it right for you!
       

  1. Daily Step Count:
     
    • We’ll ask you to track your daily steps. This simple metric is essential for understanding your current level of activity and setting realistic goals moving forward.
       

  1. Exercise Programs:
     
    • Record your preferred exercise routines, including whether you go to the gym or have home equipment.
       
    • Include details about your go-to exercises and how you feel during your workouts—this helps us assess your current fitness level and preferences.

In the first few weeks, the collaboration period is crucial. Your fitness coaches will work closely with you, making adjustments to your plan and providing guidance to ensure your success. As you progress, you’ll become more confident and independent, learning to trust yourself and the process.


Regular Check-Ins & Ongoing Support


Throughout your online coaching program, regular check-ins will be scheduled to assess your progress, provide feedback, and adjust your plan as necessary. However, you don’t have to wait for a check-in to reach out for support. We encourage you to email, message, or call us anytime you need reassurance or guidance. Our goal is to keep you on track, answer any questions, and provide support as needed. Don’t hesitate to ask—we want to ensure your success!

At the end of your weight loss or body transformation program, depending on the plan you chose, you’ll leave feeling prepared to continue on your journey independently or with a maintenance plan in place.
