To begin, you’ll need to complete our onboarding screening forms. These forms help us confirm that you are medically well, apparently healthy, and capable of undertaking a custom meal plan and exercise program. You will also be required to confirm that you understand the terms and conditions of your registration with Fitness Collab.
Once your forms are completed, you can book your initial consultation with one of our expert coaches. You can schedule this via your preferred method of communication, whether that’s email, SMS, or phone.
During your consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know you and determine whether Fitness Collab is the right program for you. We believe in a no-pressure approach, giving you time to make a decision that’s best for you.
We’ll discuss realistic goals and set expectations for your journey, helping you understand the program length and structure that best fits your needs.

This allows our coaches to dedicate quality time and personalized support to each member, ensuring that you’re set up for success and supported every step of the way. In the first few weeks, the collaboration period is crucial. Your fitness coaches will work closely with you, making adjustments to your plan and providing guidance to ensure your success. As you progress, you’ll become more confident and independent, learning to trust yourself and the process.
Throughout your online coaching program, regular check-ins will be scheduled to assess your progress, provide feedback, and adjust your plan as necessary. However, you don’t have to wait for a check-in to reach out for support. We encourage you to email, message, or call us anytime you need reassurance or guidance. Our goal is to keep you on track, answer any questions, and provide support as needed. Don’t hesitate to ask—we want to ensure your success!
At the end of your weight loss or body transformation program, depending on the plan you chose, you’ll leave feeling prepared to continue on your journey independently or with a maintenance plan in place.
