Depending on the program you sign up for, you are committed to a minimum number of weeks ranging from 8 weeks, 14 weeks or 24 weeks. You are offered a 48 hour cooling off period immediately following your initial consultation to ensure Fitness Collab is right for you. We won't begin any work on your program until the 48 hour period has lapsed, so up until that point, if you decide we are not right for you, just let us know and you will not be locked into the minimum week contract you signed up for. If you have not opted out within the 48 hour time period, the minimum weekly contract will apply and no refunds are available unless this is in line with consumer laws.
No, you can contact Fitness Collab by email, message or phone and we will respond to you within 24 hours. We would rather you contact us than feel worried, unsure or unhappy. We want you to achieve success, so please contact us! More formal check ins are held weekly or fortnightly depending on your plan, but please don't wait until then if you have a question or need help.
Contact us as soon as you need to make a change. This might be a permanent change you need because you are extra hungry, sick of your food or need support to make a swap or help work out what the best choices to order when you go out to dinner. We are happy to help! Changes might also need to be made to your exercise program if you are injured, don't have access to certain equipment for a week or so while you are on holidays or any other reason.
Because of our approach, we expect that results will be slow and take time for you to see. We do hope you can feel a difference before you see a difference. Based on personal experience, I would hope you have developed new habits and confidence in the program by 8 weeks, and see results by the 4-5 month mark. Results will vary depending on your starting point and your goals. The number on the scale is not a good indicator of success, we do recommend taking weekly progress photos or measurements as well as weighing yourself. If you are not seeing results, contact us as soon as you are worried or feeling defeated so we can go through your tracking and habits and identify any issues or areas we can work on or make changes to see improvements. The biggest thing you can do is not give up. Trust the process, stay consistent, stay committed and trust yourself.
The services provided by Fitness Collab are designed for the apparently healthy population. On agreeing to the terms and conditions, a full liability waiver is being agreed to by you, releasing Stephanie Cabble and Adam Cabble and Fitness Collab from any liability for any loss, damage or injury whilst receiving the services provided. You will be agreeing that you are apparently healthy, and understand that participating in any activity or services provided by Stephanie Cabble, Adam Cabble or Fitness Collab may involve certain risks, and you accept full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. If you are worried, you should speak to your GP or other relevant allied health practitioner or health care provider. Providing health advice, medical advice or injury advice relating to nutrition, exercise and other relevant services is not within the scope of Fitness Collab. The exception to this is only in the event you have a Telehealth appointment with Accredited Exercise Physiologist Adam Cabble and only If discussions relate directly to his scope of practice. Please contact us if you would like further information.
Further information can be obtained by contacting Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Adam Cabble, and reaching out to your Health Insurance Provider to determine your eligibility for any rebates that may be available. Fitness Collab cannot guarantee rebates will be available, this is beyond our control.
No, if you are apparently healthy with no medical issues, chronic illness or disease, injuries or chronic pain you do not need a referral. Please note, you will be waivering all liability as per your contract, and are responsibility for your own health, wellness and safety as a participant in all services provided by Fitness Collab.
Yes, if you have a chronic disease, illness or other health issues, or chronic pain and injuries you will require medical clearance from your GP or may be referred to appropriate health professionals prior to beginning with Fitness Collab. As above, all liability will be wavered as per your contractual agreement with Fitnesss Collab. Your health, wellness and safety is your responsibility as a participant in all services provided by Fitness Collab.

When creating the plan structures, we had 2 main goals. To create options that we were confident would work, but also at a price point that is affordable to as many people as possible.
We are happy to explain in more depth and detail the inclusions of each plan and which is best suited to your individual needs to give you the best chance to achieve your desired results. Simply put, each of the programs contain meal plans, exercise plans, regular check ins, access to the app and unlimited communication, support and a reply within 24 hours.
The main difference in the plans is the duration, but because of this, the results we can achieve, the skills and strategies that can be shared and used will make a profound difference to the overall experience and the results achieved.
The 8 week Plan
The 8 week plan is most expensive because it really is an intense program that will need a lot commitment from us and you. It is a very short timeframe to achieve results and it is not a program we would recommend for most people. There will be a lot of communication, a lot of support and a lot of information shared in a very short time frame.
When developing the 8 week plan, we anticipated this duration would be most beneficial for people with a short time frame to achieve results for an event or special occasion, but also for people who wanted minimum commitment, or those who had already been on a fat loss and muscle gaining journey for a few. months prior to beginning with Fitness Collab and have already made progress.
In 8 weeks we would expect that you have been able to form new habits and learnt skills and strategies to carry you through beyond the program to continue your journey independently. Results will vary dramatically depending on the individual, for some people it won't be enough to see results, but enough to feel results and continue alone, for others they may see the start of results or great results. It really depends on the person. What is certain though, is if the 8 week plan is treated like an isolated 8 weeks, results will not last, will not continue and goals will not be achieved. This is not what we want for you.
The 14 Week Plan
The 14 week plan allows for initial habits to be built, as expected in the 8 week plan. Beyond the 8 weeks, we will be able to achieve results that you begin to see as well as feel, but strategies will also begin to form as motivation and discipline begin to waiver. Flexibility with food choices will be explored and it is likely you will become confident planning or making swaps to your food plans independently but with support from us. The support is slightly less in the 14 week plan than the 8 week plan. We aim to begin to develop indepence for when the program with Fitness Collab ends, but also provide you with a maintenance plan that you can follow independently when you have reached your goals after completing the 14 week Fitness Collab Plan. We do not anticipate that all people will have reached their goals entirely by the end of the 14 weeks. This will vary dramatically between participants, however, by this stage you will be confident continuing on the journey alone, knowing you have the maintenance plan ready for you when you reach your goal.
The 6 month Plus Plan
This is the plan I am most excited about because it is the most affordable, but also because it lets me take you right through the same journey I have been through from beginning to end, but also empowers you with the skills to continue making progress beyond completing the program. This program is a minimum of 24 weeks, but you can continue for as long as you like at the weekly price, you just need to let us know when you would like to cancel the plan. You don't have to decide straight away, you commit to the 24 weeks as per your contract, and closer to the time, we can look at whether continuing or ending the program is right for you.
In the 24 weeks you will have gone through the process of completely changing your lifestyle. As long as you have stayed consistent and committed to the plan and trusted the process, you should see real results. You will have likely struggled with motivation and discipline at some point in that time, which is the perfect opportunity to work through these with us supporting you. You may also experience a plateau in results, which is most definitely not the time to give up, but to give more and see that there are always ways to beat the boredom and fatigue to continue achieving results. The food flexibility at this point is exciting!
Because of the amount of time we have working one on one with you, we can see you through all the phases of fat loss and muscle gain, but also the mindset ups and downs and changes you will experience that impact results and your ability to stick to a plan long term, which means we can show you exactly how each phase works the way it worked for me personally, but not only so you can maintain your results, but so you can keep achieving new goals and better results for yourself. When you are ready to finish the program, you will leave with a clear direction and plan to continue following so you can either maintain or continue achieving results before hitting maintenance. By this stage, you will be confident and independent, knowing how to manage indulgences, holidays, special occasions and how to get back on track if you slip slightly!
