Steph has had a love hate relationship with food and exercise her whole life, but has found a passion for both. She now loves to set body and fitness goals to push herself mentally and physically, and she thrives on watching the changes she can achieve to her physique.
Meal prepping and meal planning comes naturally to Steph, and she finds great satisfaction in putting together meal plans that achieve long term results without hunger or cutting out favourite foods. As an avid coffee drinker, a food plan will never be without your favourite coffee or two, and she always believes there is room to make a cheeky chocolate or treat fit with careful planning.
Originally a teacher, Steph is a mum of 3 children and recently completed a post graduate law degree. Chasing a sea change, and the lifestyle that came with It, Steph and her family moved to Port Macquarie in late 2024 after leaving the busyness of Melbourne. For Steph, Fitness Collab is an extension of that lifestyle change, choosing to do something she is truly passionate about and helping as many people achieve happiness and confidence within themselves, not just in the way they look, but the way they feel.
Steph is confident in her approach to training and eating, and will never ask or encourage someone to try something she hasn’t already tried and seen work for herself.
Steph is a strong believer in making the process of achieving body goals fun and enjoyable, with good vibes and tuning into a persons’ individual energy. Not everyone needs a challenge or tough love when it comes to food and exercise, some people need empathy, understanding and someone who accepts one person’s optimal is completely different someone else’s, and that is perfect.
Steph is all about working with you to achieve your goals, not you working with her to achieve the goals she has for you. Steph is the face of Fitness Collab and your main point of contact. She will run all consultations, answer all questions and provide Adam with detailed information for his input and exercise program development. Steph spends a lot of time researching the science behind fat loss, muscle growth and body re-composition, and sharing her findings with Adam for professional opinion and discussion that guides our approach to eating and exercise.

Adam has always been interested in sport and exercise, even as a teen when he first completed his personal training certifications to formalise his passion. Adam made a career out of his love for exercise, and currently practices as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Adam has always been interested in sport and exercise, even as a teen when he first completed his personal training certifications to formalise his passion. Adam made a career out of his love for exercise, and currently practices as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Professionally, Adam has two main passions, exercise as a treatment for chronic pain and, and strength training for wellness. In his clinical role outside of Fitness Collab, his main focus is using exercise as a rehabilitation method. Fitness Collab allows Adam to bring to life his reignited passion for exercise as a lifestyle choice, for relaxation and enjoyment, and for overall wellness which he believes is the best prevention for many preventable and manageable pains and illnesses.
As a dad of 3, he personally feels it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle to set a good example, but also so he can keep up with the energy levels of his kids. Adam knows all too well that the stress, seriousness and daily grind of life can challenge the most committed sports enthusiast, but it is never too late to reignite the passion, regain fitness and take back control of your overall fitness and lifestyle, and to feel and look strong again.
Adam is looking forward to working with you to develop individualised training programs targeted to your specific needs, interests and body goals in a way that fits your lifestyle long term so your new training routine becomes a habit and way of life long term. Adam’s role with Fitness Collab is mostly behind the scenes, developing personalised exercise programs, adjusting programs and responding to any questions referred to him by Steph.
